Hybrid power and a vast beach club aboard the 70-metre Project Aurea, designed by Pininfarina for Rossinavi
Pininfarina and Rossinavi have joined forces to create the 70-metre Aurea concept, the first time that the shipyard and the renowned Ferrari designer have collaborated on a project. Rossinavi says the yacht will have a diesel-electric propulsion system amidships, freeing up space aft for a ‘biggest in class’ beach club.
“Taking inspiration from the sea and integrating the tell-tale fluidity of Pininfarina’s iconic style, Aurea will focus on the lifestyle of the owner and guests,” says the yard. Aurea’s design features two swimming pools, three large outdoor decks and additional water-level access on both sides of the hull.
Project Aurea’s guest cabins are on the main deck. Much emphasis has been placed on outdoor guest spaces, with a longitudinal balcony covering a folding bulwark to offer guests a private outdoor space. in the lines of the hull you can see something of Pininfarina’s iconic car designs, with the aerodynamic shape going from the bow to the stern.
